• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

• Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

6. Payments

We accept:

• UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.

• All payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Estimated delivery:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1999 within India.

8. Returns & Exchanges

We follow a strict no-return policy except for:

• Damaged products

• Wrong item shipped

• Defective items (manufacturing issue)

Return Conditions:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

We do not accept returns for:

• Size issues in unstitched materials

• Color or print variations

• Products that are customized, altered, or used

Return approval is subject to inspection and final decision of our team.

9. No Warranty Disclaimer

All products are sold without any warranties or guarantees unless specifically mentioned. We are not liable for:

• Wear and tear after usage

10. Digital Products (if applicable)

All digital files (eBooks, templates, planners) are non-refundable and for personal use only. Download links will be sent via email post-payment. No reselling or sharing permitted.
