2. Eligibility

We strive to present products as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, screen settings, or photography, colors and patterns may slightly vary.

Note: Images using AI models include a disclaimer—actual fabric may differ slightly.

4. Pricing & Offers

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.

Prices, offers, and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (except COD).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Payments

We accept:

UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.

All payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery:

Domestic: 3–7 business days

International: 7–15 business days

Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1999 within India.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Fabric cut or measured to your order, and custom-stitched or altered items, are not returnable for a change of mind, an incorrect quantity selected by you, or a design preference.

For defects, transit damage or an incorrect item, contact us promptly, preferably within 48 hours, with your order number, a description and photos. A video is helpful but not compulsory. Keep the item and packaging and avoid washing, cutting, stitching or altering it while the issue is reviewed.

Claims are reviewed against order details and evidence. Verified problems are resolved with an appropriate replacement or refund as applicable; a claim does not automatically approve a refund. Contact us before returning anything. Damage caused by use or improper care is not covered.

10. Digital Products (if applicable)

All digital files (eBooks, templates, planners) are non-refundable and for personal use only. Download links will be sent via email post-payment. No reselling or sharing permitted.

All content, including images, text, videos, and logos, is the property of Shree Ram Emporium. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
