At Shree Ram Emporium, we strive to offer high-quality unstitched suits and fabrics. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-return policy, with limited refunds only under specific conditions mentioned below.

✅ Eligible for Refund

We only offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective or damaged unstitched suit.

  • You received a wrong item (wrong design or product).

  • The product is out of stock after payment.

 

Refund Conditions:

  • Applies only to unstitched suits.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original packaging with tags.

  • Clear photos/videos must be sent as proof.

 

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Fabrics (cut, measured, or by metre)

  • Products that are cut, washed, or altered

  • Color variation due to screen differences

  • Custom-stitched or altered items

  • Change of mind

  • Delivery delays by courier services

🚫 No Return Pickup

We do not arrange return pickups.
If your refund is approved, you may:

  • Keep the item, or

  • Send it back at your own cost (if required), and we will process your refund post-inspection.

💰 Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders).

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of approval.

  • You must share valid bank details if needed.
